Isaiah 2:12

Context

2:12 Indeed, the Lord who commands armies has planned a day of judgment, 1 

for 2  all the high and mighty,

for all who are proud – they will be humiliated;

Isaiah 41:11

Context

41:11 Look, all who were angry at you will be ashamed and humiliated;

your adversaries 3  will be reduced to nothing 4  and perish.

Isaiah 42:17

Context

42:17 Those who trust in idols

will turn back and be utterly humiliated, 5 

those who say to metal images, ‘You are our gods.’”

Isaiah 50:7

Context

50:7 But the sovereign Lord helps me,

so I am not humiliated.

For that reason I am steadfastly resolved; 6 

I know I will not be put to shame.
