Isaiah 14:21

14:21 Prepare to execute 1  his sons

for the sins their ancestors have committed. 2 

They must not rise up and take possession of the earth,

or fill the surface of the world with cities.” 3 

Isaiah 39:6

39:6 ‘Look, a time is coming when everything in your palace and the things your ancestors 4  have accumulated to this day will be carried away to Babylon; nothing will be left,’ says the Lord.

Isaiah 65:7

Context

65:7 for your sins and your ancestors’ sins,” 5  says the Lord.

“Because they burned incense on the mountains

and offended 6  me on the hills,

I will punish them in full measure.” 7
