Ezra 7:10

Context
7:10 Now Ezra had dedicated himself¹ to the study of the law of the Lord, to its observance, and to teaching² its statutes and judgments in Israel.

Ezra 7:27

Context

7:27 ³Blessed be the Lord God of our fathers, who so moved in the heart of the king to so honor the temple of the Lord which is in Jerusalem!

¹tn Heb “established his heart.”

²tn Heb “to do and to teach.” The expression may be a hendiadys, in which case it would have the sense of “effectively teaching.”

³sn At this point the language of the book reverts from Aramaic (7:12-26) back to Hebrew.

displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
