Ezekiel 3:7

Context
3:7 But the house of Israel is unwilling to listen to you,¹ because they are not willing to listen to me,² for the whole house of Israel is hard-headed and hard-hearted.³

Ezekiel 12:2

Context
12:2 “Son of man, you are living in the midst of a rebellious house.⁴ They have eyes to see, but do not see, and ears to hear, but do not hear,⁵ because they are a rebellious house.

18:29 Yet the house of Israel says, ‘The Lord’s conduct is unjust!’ Is my conduct unjust, O house of Israel? Is it not your conduct that is unjust?

¹sn Moses (Exod 3:19) and Isaiah (Isa 6:9-10) were also told that their messages would not be received.

²sn A similar description of Israel’s disobedience is given in 1 Sam 8:7.

³tn Heb “hard of forehead and stiff of heart.”

⁴sn The book of Ezekiel frequently refers to the Israelites as a rebellious house (Ezek 2:5, 6, 8; 3:9, 26-27; 12:2-3, 9, 25; 17:12; 24:3).

⁵sn This verse is very similar to Isa 6:9-10.

displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
