Ezekiel 12:6

12:6 While they are watching, raise your baggage onto your shoulder and carry it out in the dark. 1  You must cover your face so that you cannot see the ground 2  because I have made you an object lesson 3  to the house of Israel.”

Ezekiel 26:16

26:16 All the princes of the sea will vacate 4  their thrones. They will remove their robes and strip off their embroidered clothes; they will clothe themselves with trembling. They will sit on the ground; they will tremble continually and be shocked at what has happened to you. 5 

Ezekiel 32:4

Context

32:4 I will leave you on the ground,

I will fling you on the open field,

I will allow 6  all the birds of the sky to settle 7  on you,

and I will permit 8  all the wild animals 9  to gorge themselves on you.

1 tn Apart from this context the Hebrew term occurs only in Gen 15:17 in reference to the darkness after sunset. It may mean twilight.
