24:17 Now the appearance of the glory of the Lord was like a devouring fire on the top of the mountain in plain view¹ of the people.

Exodus 40:21

Context
40:21 And he brought the ark into the tabernacle, hung² the protecting curtain,³ and shielded the ark of the testimony from view, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

¹tn Heb “to the eyes of” which could mean in their opinion.

²tn Heb “set up,” if it includes more than the curtain.

³tn Or “shielding” (NIV); Heb “the veil of the covering” (cf. KJV).

similar	search for verses that contains words that similar in spelling to the search words.	"fish" will search verses that contain words which has similar spelling with fish. The result: "dish",etc
displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
