Take up the battle cry all along the line;
You shall gain the victory, victory divine,
With your Commander nigh, foes in vain combine;
Raise aloft the banner, let it bear the sign.Refrain
“All the world for Jesus,” let the chorus ring;
“All the world for Jesus,” crown Him King;
“All the world for Jesus,” let the watchword be
“Forward go in Jesus’ Name to victory.”Truth’s armor you may claim, faith will be your shield;
Fighting on in Jesus’ Name, mighty power you wield;
Glory for God your aim, naught can make you yield;

[Eph 6:11] Arm These Thy Soldiers, Mighty Lord
Arm these Thy soldiers, mighty Lord,
With shield of faith and Spirit’s sword.
Forth to the battle may they go
And boldly fight against the foe.With banner of the cross unfurled,
They overcome the evil world
And so at last receive from Thee
The palm and crown of victory.Come, ever blessèd Spirit, come
And make Thy servants’ heart Thy home.
May each a living temple be
Hallowed forever, Lord, to Thee.Enrich that temple’s holy shrine

Awake! for the trumpet is sounding!
Awake to its call, and obey!
The voice of our Leader cries, “Onward!”
Oh, let us no longer delay!Refrain
No truce while the foe is unconquered;
No laying the armor down!
No peace till the battle is ended,
And victory wins the crown!Then gird on the sword of the Spirit,
With helmet, and breastplate, and shield;
And valiantly follow your Captain,
Determined you never will yield!Refrain
Then forward! O army of Zion,
With hearts that are loyal and brave!
Stand firm by the Cross and its banner;

[Eph 6:11] Christian, Dost Thou See Them?
Christian, dost thou see them on the holy ground,
How the powers of darkness rage thy steps around?
Christian, up and smite them, counting gain but loss,
In the strength that cometh by the holy cross.Christian, dost thou feel them, how they work within,
Striving, tempting, luring, goading into sin?
Christian, never tremble; never be downcast;
Gird thee for the battle, watch and pray and fast.Christian, dost thou hear them, how they speak thee fair?
“Always fast and vigil? Always watch and prayer?”
Christian, answer boldly: “While I breathe I pray!”
Peace shall follow battle, night shall end in day.“Well I know thy trouble, O my servant true;
Thou art very weary, I was weary, too;
But that toil shall make thee some day all Mine own,

O Christians, leagued together to battle for the right
Arise and don your armor, put the foe to flight!
We’ve given our allegiance to serve without surcease
The mighty Lord of armies and gentle Prince of Peace.Refrain
All hail, our glorious Savior!
We march where Thou hast trod,
To seek Thy house of triumph,
The city of our God.Then ‘onward’ be the war cry; and onward still, so long
As we have self to conquer, souls to cheer with song.
Let sound the martial music, ring out the bugle call
To rally for the conflict our people one and all.Refrain
We proudly bear as banner a cross within the heart,
To show that we have chosen Christ, the better part.

[Eph 6:11] O When Shall I See Jesus?
O when shall I see Jesus,
And reign with Him above,
And from that flowing fountain
Drink everlasting love!
When shall I be delivered
From this vain world of sin,
And with my blessèd Jesus
Drink endless pleasures in?But now I am a soldier;
My Captain’s gone before.
He’s given me my orders,
And bids me not give o’er;
And, if I hold out faithful,
A crown of life He’ll give;
And all His valiant soldiers
Shall ever with Him live.Through grace I am determined
To conquer, though I die;
And then away to Jesus
On wings of love I’ll fly.
Farewell to sin and sorrow,
I bid you all adieu;
Then, O my friends, prove faithful,

The weapons of victorious grace
