Deuteronomy 8:2

Context
8:2 Remember the whole way by which he¹ has brought you these forty years through the desert² so that he might, by humbling you, test you to see if you have it within you to keep his commandments or not.

Deuteronomy 16:4

Context
16:4 There must not be a scrap of yeast within your land³ for seven days, nor can any of the meat you sacrifice on the evening of the first day remain until the next morning.⁴

¹tn Heb “the Lord your God.” The pronoun has been used in the translation for stylistic reasons.

displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
