Deuteronomy 24:6

24:6 One must not take either lower or upper millstones as security on a loan, for that is like taking a life itself as security. 1 

Deuteronomy 27:22

27:22 ‘Cursed is the one who has sexual relations with his sister, the daughter of either his father or mother.’ Then all the people will say, ‘Amen!’

Deuteronomy 28:14

Context
28:14 But you must not turn away from all the commandments I am giving 2  you today, to either the right or left, nor pursue other gods and worship 3  them.

1 sn Taking millstones as security on a loan would amount to taking the owner’s own life in pledge, since the millstones were the owner’s means of earning a living and supporting his family.

2 tn Heb “from all the words which I am commanding.”

3 tn Heb “in order to serve.”
