Deuteronomy 20:6

20:6 Or who among you has planted a vineyard and not benefited from it? He may go home, lest he die in battle and someone else benefit from it.

Deuteronomy 23:24

Context
23:24 When you enter the vineyard of your neighbor you may eat as many grapes as you please, 1  but you must not take away any in a container. 2 

Deuteronomy 24:21

Context
24:21 When you gather the grapes of your vineyard you must not do so a second time; 3  they should go to the resident foreigner, orphan, and widow.
