Context

18:6 Then the army marched out to the field to fight against Israel. The battle took place in the forest of Ephraim.

¹tn Heb “because the Lord broke out [with] a breaking out [i.e., an outburst] against Uzzah.”

²sn The name Perez Uzzah means in Hebrew “the outburst [against] Uzzah.”

³tn Heb “the valiant men.” This refers in context to the strongest or most valiant defenders of the city Joab and the Israelite army were besieging, so the present translation uses “the best enemy soldiers” for clarity.

displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
