2:22 So Abner spoke again to Asahel, “Turn aside from following me! I do not want to strike you to the ground.¹ How then could I show² my face in the presence of Joab your brother?”

Context

3:19 Then Abner spoke privately³ with the Benjaminites. Abner also went to Hebron to inform David privately⁴ of all that Israel and the entire house of Benjamin had agreed to.⁵

displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
