10:5 Messengers 1  told David what had happened, 2  so he summoned them, for the men were thoroughly humiliated. The king said, “Stay in Jericho 3  until your beards have grown again; then you may come back.”

15:19 Then the king said to Ittai the Gittite, “Why should you come with us? Go back and stay with the new 4  king, for you are a foreigner and an exile from your own country. 5
