7:3 Now four men with a skin disease 1  were sitting at the entrance of the city gate. They said to one another, “Why are we just sitting here waiting to die? 2

7:18 The prophet told the king, “Two seahs of barley will sell for a shekel, and a seah of finely milled flour for a shekel; this will happen about this time tomorrow in the gate of Samaria.”

10:8 The messenger came and told Jehu, 3  “They have brought the heads of the king’s sons.” Jehu 4  said, “Stack them in two piles at the entrance of the city gate until morning.”
