10:10 because some say, “His letters are weighty and forceful, but his physical presence is weak 3  and his speech is of no account.” 4

2 tn The Greek construction anticipates a negative reply (“No, we do not”) which is indicated in the translation by the ‘tag’ at the end, “do we?”
