6:24 “If your people Israel are defeated by an enemy 1  because they sinned against you, then if they come back to you, renew their allegiance to you, 2  and pray for your help 3  before you in this temple,

6:37 When your people 4  come to their senses 5  in the land where they are held prisoner, they will repent and beg for your mercy in the land of their imprisonment, admitting, ‘We have sinned and gone astray 6 , we have done evil!’

2 Chronicles 33:9

33:9 But Manasseh misled the people of 7  Judah and the residents of Jerusalem so that they sinned more than the nations whom the Lord had destroyed ahead of the Israelites.
