2 Chronicles 5:1

Context
5:1 When Solomon had finished constructing the Lord’s temple, he put the holy items that belonged to his father David (the silver, gold, and all the other articles) in the treasuries of God’s temple.

2 Chronicles 8:6

Context
8:6 and built up Baalath, all the storage cities that belonged to him, 1  and all the cities where chariots and horses were kept. 2  He built whatever he wanted in Jerusalem, 3  Lebanon, and throughout his entire kingdom. 4 

1 tn Heb “Solomon.” The recurrence of the proper name is unexpected in terms of contemporary English style, so the pronoun has been used in the translation instead.
