Context3:1 Solomon began building the Lord’s temple in Jerusalem 1 on Mount Moriah, where the Lord had appeared to his father David. This was the place that David prepared at the threshing floor of Ornan 2 the Jebusite.
2 Chronicles 25:1
Context25:1 Amaziah was twenty-five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned for twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. 3 His mother was Jehoaddan, who was from Jerusalem.
2 Chronicles 26:3
Context26:3 Uzziah was sixteen years old when he began to reign, and he reigned for fifty-two years in Jerusalem. 4 His mother’s name was Jecholiah, who was from Jerusalem.
2 Chronicles 28:1
Context28:1 Ahaz was twenty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned for sixteen years in Jerusalem. 5 He did not do what pleased the Lord, in contrast to his ancestor David. 6

Context29:1 Hezekiah was twenty-five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. 7 His mother was Abijah, 8 the daughter of Zechariah.
