2 Chronicles 23:6

Context
23:6 No one must enter the Lord’s temple except the priests and Levites who are on duty. They may enter because they are ceremonially pure. All the others should carry out their assigned service to the Lord.

2 Chronicles 26:16

Context

26:16 But once he became powerful, his pride destroyed him. 1  He disobeyed 2  the Lord his God. He entered the Lord’s temple to offer incense on the incense altar.

33:15 He removed the foreign gods and images from the Lord’s temple and all the altars he had built on the hill of the Lord’s temple and in Jerusalem; he threw them outside the city.
