9:2 He had a son named Saul, a handsome young man. There was no one among the Israelites more handsome than he was; he stood head and shoulders above all the people.

1 Samuel 17:51

Context
17:51 David ran and stood over the Philistine. He grabbed Goliath’s¹ sword, drew it from its sheath,² killed him, and cut off his head with it. When the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they ran away.

¹tn Heb “his”; the referent (Goliath) has been specified in the translation for clarity.

²tc Most LXX mss lack the words “drew it from its sheath.”

displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
