Context
20:29 He said, ‘Permit me to go,³ for we are having a family sacrifice in the city, and my brother urged⁴ me to be there. So now, if I have found favor with you, let me go⁵ to see my brothers.’ For that reason he has not come to the king’s table.”

¹tc The translation follows many medieval Hebrew mss in reading וַיִּפְצְרוּ (vayyiftseru, “and they pressed”; from the root פצר, psr) rather than the MT’s וַיִּפְרְצוּ (vayyifretsu, “and they broke forth”; from the root פרצ, prs).

²tn Heb “he listened to their voice.”

displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
