1 Kings 1:25

Context
1:25 For today he has gone down and sacrificed many cattle, steers, and sheep and has invited all the king’s sons, the army commanders, and Abiathar the priest. At this moment¹ they are having a feast² in his presence, and they have declared, ‘Long live King Adonijah!’³

1 Kings 18:21

Context
18:21 Elijah approached all the people and said, “How long are you going to be paralyzed by indecision?⁴ If the Lord is the true God,⁵ then follow him, but if Baal is, follow him!” But the people did not say a word.

⁴tn Heb “How long are you going to limp around on two crutches?” (see HALOT 762 s.v. סְעִפִּים). In context this idiomatic expression refers to indecision rather than physical disability.
