1 Kings 1:20

Context
1:20 Now,¹ my master, O king, all Israel is watching anxiously to see who is named to succeed my master the king on the throne.²

1 Kings 11:26

Context

11:26 Jeroboam son of Nebat, one of Solomon’s servants, rebelled against³ the king. He was an Ephraimite⁴ from Zeredah whose mother was a widow named Zeruah.

1 Kings 14:31

Context
14:31 Rehoboam passed away⁵ and was buried with his ancestors in the city of David. His mother was an Ammonite named Naamah. His son Abijah⁶ replaced him as king.

¹tc Many Hebrew mss have עַתָּה (’attah, “now”) rather than the similar sounding independent pronoun אַתָּה (’attah, “you”).

²tn Heb “the eyes of all Israel are upon you to declare to them who will sit on the throne of my master the king after him.”

³tn Heb “raised a hand against.”

⁴tn Heb “Ephrathite,” which here refers to an Ephraimite (see HALOT 81 s.v. אֶפְרַיִם).

⁵tn Heb “lay down with his fathers.”

⁶tn In the Hebrew text the name is spelled “Abijam” here and in 1 Kgs 15:1-8.

similar	search for verses that contains words that similar in spelling to the search words.	"fish" will search verses that contain words which has similar spelling with fish. The result: "dish",etc
displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
