20:4 The king of Israel replied, “It is just as you say, my master, O king. I and all I own belong to you.”

1 tc Many Hebrew mss have עַתָּה (’attah, “now”) rather than the similar sounding independent pronoun אַתָּה (’attah, “you”).

2 tn Heb “the eyes of all Israel are upon you to declare to them who will sit on the throne of my master the king after him.”
