rorqual, n. [Norw. rorqualus a whale with folds.].
A very large North Atlantic whalebone whale (Physalus antiquorum , or Balænoptera physalus ). It has a dorsal fin, and strong longitudinal folds on the throat and belly. Called also razorback . [1913 Webster]
