HASHABNAH, one who sealed the covenant, Neh. 10:25.

HALLOHESH [SMITH]

(enchanter), one of the chief of the people who sealed the covenant with Nehemiah. (Nehemiah 10:24) (B.C. 410.)

HALLOHESH [ISBE]

HALLOHESH - ha-lo'-hesh (ha-lochesh, "the whisperer," "the slanderer"): A post-exilic chief whose son Shallum assisted in repairing the walls of Jerusalem (Neh 3:12, the King James Version "Halohesh"). He was also one of the leaders who signed the national covenant (Neh 10:24 (Hebrew 25)).
