Luke 2:50

Yet ¹  his parents ²  did not understand ³  the remark ⁴  he made ⁵  to them.

But they did not understand what he was saying to them.

But they did not understand the statement which He had made to them.

But they didn’t understand what he meant.

But they had no idea what he was talking about.

And his words seemed strange to them.

But they did not understand what he said to them.

But they did not understand the statement which He spoke to them.

Yet ¹  his parents ²  did not understand ³  the remark ⁴  he made ⁵  to them.
