Let them know that you, whose name is the LORD—that you alone are the Most High over all the earth.

until they learn that you alone are called the LORD, that you alone are the Most High, supreme over all the earth.
Then they'll learn your name: "GOD," the one and only High God on earth.
So that men may see that you only, whose name is Yahweh, are Most High over all the earth.
