Isaiah 22:9

You saw the many breaks in the walls of the city of David; ¹  you stored up water in the lower pool.

you saw that the City of David had many breaches in its defences; you stored up water in the Lower Pool.

And you saw that the breaches In the wall of the city of David were many; And you collected the waters of the lower pool.

You inspect the walls of Jerusalem to see what needs to be repaired. You store up water in the lower pool.

You found the weak places in the city walls that needed repair. You secured the water supply at the Lower Pool.

And you saw all the broken places in the wall of the town of David: and you got together the waters of the lower pool.

and you saw that there were many breaches in the city of David, and you collected the waters of the lower pool.

You also saw the damage to the city of David, That it was great; And you gathered together the waters of the lower pool.

You saw the many breaks in the walls of the city of David; ¹  you stored up water in the lower pool.
