They went up and camped in Kiriath Jearim in Judah. (To this day that place is called Camp of Dan. 1 It is west 2 of Kiriath Jearim.)

David and all Israel went up to Baalah (that is, Kiriath Jearim) in Judah to bring up from there the ark of God the Lord, who sits enthroned between the cherubim – the ark that is called by his name. 1
Now there was another man 1 who prophesied as the Lord’s representative 2 against this city and this land just as Jeremiah did. His name was Uriah son of Shemaiah from Kiriath Jearim. 3
