Joshua told the Reubenites, Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh:
Now, divide up this land
Iddo son of Zechariah led the half-tribe of Manasseh in Gilead, Jaasiel son of Abner led Benjamin,
The Reubenites, Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh crossed over armed for battle ahead of the Israelites, just as Moses had instructed them.
Moses the Lord’s servant and the Israelites defeated them and Moses the Lord’s servant assigned their land
The Reubenites, Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh answered the leaders
The rest of Gilead and all of Bashan, the kingdom of Og, I gave to half the tribe of Manasseh.
But the Levites will not have an allotted portion among you, for their inheritance is to serve the Lord.
