If you understand 1 these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

You are my friends 1 if you do what I command you.
and you also will testify, because you have been with me from the beginning.
For sin will have no mastery over you, because you are not under law but under grace.
We are coworkers belonging to God. 1 You are God’s field, God’s building.
Now you are Christ’s body, and each of you is a member of it.
And our hope for you is steadfast because we know that as you share in 1 our sufferings, so also you will share in 2 our comfort.
Are you so foolish? Although you began 1 with 2 the Spirit, are you now trying to finish 3 by human effort? 4
