For indeed he was crucified by reason of weakness, but he lives because of God’s power. For we also are weak in him, but we will live together with him, because of God’s power toward you.
Then everyone 1 will see the Son of Man arriving in the clouds 2 with great power and glory.
Then 1 they will see the Son of Man arriving in a cloud 2 with power and great glory.
But from now on 1 the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand 2 of the power 3 of God.”
Now Stephen, full of grace and power, was performing great wonders and miraculous signs 1 among the people.
My conversation and my preaching were not with persuasive words of wisdom, but with a demonstration of the Spirit and of power,
Now God indeed raised the Lord and he will raise us by his power.
For God did not give us a Spirit 1 of fear but of power and love and self-control.
But we have this treasure in clay jars, so that the extraordinary power 1 belongs to God and does not come from us.
and what is the incomparable 1 greatness of his power toward 2 us who believe, as displayed in 3 the exercise of his immense strength. 4
far above every rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.
I became a servant of this gospel 1 according to the gift of God’s grace that was given to me by 2 the exercise of his power. 3
and to you who are being afflicted to give rest together with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed 1 from heaven with his mighty angels. 2
I can pray this because his divine power 1 has bestowed on us everything necessary 2 for life and godliness through the rich knowledge 3 of the one who called 4 us by 5 his own glory and excellence.
Jesus said to him, “You have said it yourself. But I tell you, from now on you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand 1 of the Power 2 and coming on the clouds of heaven.” 3
“I am,” said Jesus, “and you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand 1 of the Power 2 and coming with the clouds of heaven.” 3
The Son is 1 the radiance of his glory and the representation of his essence, and he sustains all things by his powerful word, 2 and so when he had accomplished cleansing for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. 3
and the temple was filled with smoke from God’s glory and from his power. Thus 1 no one could enter the temple until the seven plagues from the seven angels were completed.
For all the nations 1 have fallen 2 from the wine of her immoral passion, 3 and the kings of the earth have committed sexual immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have gotten rich from the power of her sensual behavior.” 4
Then 1 the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, 2 and 3 all the tribes of the earth will mourn. They 4 will see the Son of Man arriving on the clouds of heaven 5 with power and great glory.
