Again he sent other slaves, more than the first, and they treated them the same way.

Jesus ¹  sent him home, saying, “Do not even go into the village.” ² 

So ¹  he sent another slave to them again. This one they struck on the head and treated outrageously.

and he sent ¹  them out to proclaim ²  the kingdom of God ³  and to heal the sick. ⁴ 

but ¹  I know him, because I have come from him ²  and he ³  sent me.”

Then Annas sent him, still tied up, ¹  to Caiaphas the high priest. ² 

and when he had explained everything to them, he sent them to Joppa.

And after agreeing with the workers for the standard wage, ¹  he sent them into his vineyard.

Finally he sent his son to them, ¹  saying, ‘They will respect my son.’

He sent his slaves ¹  to summon those who had been invited to the banquet, but they would not come.

He sent another, and that one they killed. This happened to many others, some of whom were beaten, others killed.

He ¹  sent messengers on ahead of him. ²  As they went along, ³  they entered a Samaritan village to make things ready in advance ⁴  for him,

Jesus ¹  sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and prepare the Passover ²  for us to eat.” ³ 

You know ¹  the message ²  he sent to the people ³  of Israel, proclaiming the good news of peace ⁴  through ⁵  Jesus Christ ⁶  (he is Lord ⁷  of all) –

Jesus sent out these twelve, instructing them as follows: ¹  “Do not go to Gentile regions ²  and do not enter any Samaritan town. ³ 

Now ¹  when they approached Jerusalem ²  and came to Bethphage, ³  at the Mount of Olives, ⁴  Jesus sent two disciples,
