And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior 1 of the world.
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed 1 me to proclaim good news 2 to the poor. 3 He has sent me 4 to proclaim release 5 to the captives and the regaining of sight 6 to the blind, to set free 7 those who are oppressed, 8
So Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. Just as the Father has sent me, I also send you.”
This same 1 Moses they had rejected, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and judge?’ 2 God sent as both ruler and deliverer 3 through the hand of the angel 4 who appeared to him in the bush.
By this 1 the love of God 2 is revealed in us: 3 that God has sent his one and only 4 Son into the world so that we may live through him.
“But I have a testimony greater than that from John. For the deeds 1 that the Father has assigned me to complete – the deeds 2 I am now doing – testify about me that the Father has sent me.
So Ananias departed and entered the house, placed 1 his hands on Saul 2 and said, “Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came here, 3 has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” 4
