The sower sows the word.
“Listen! A sower went out to sow. 1
It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power;
“So listen to the parable of the sower:
He 1 told them many things in parables, 2 saying: “Listen! 3 A sower went out to sow. 4
My point is this: The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously 1 will also reap generously.
“A sower went out to sow 1 his seed. 2 And as he sowed, some fell along the path and was trampled on, and the wild birds 3 devoured it.
And what you sow is not the body that is to be, but a bare seed 1 – perhaps of wheat or something else.
Fool! What you sow will not come to life unless it dies.
It is the same with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable, what is raised is imperishable. 1
And the fruit that consists of righteousness 1 is planted 2 in peace among 3 those who make peace.
When anyone hears the word about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one 1 comes and snatches what was sown in his heart; 2 this is the seed sown along the path.
These are the ones on the path where the word is sown: Whenever they hear, immediately Satan 1 comes and snatches the word 2 that was sown in them.

If we sowed spiritual blessings among you, is it too much to reap material things from you?
