It goes well for the one ¹  who generously lends money, and conducts his business honestly. ² 

when they see your pure and reverent conduct. ¹ 

The way of the guilty person ¹  is devious, ²  but as for the pure, ³  his way is upright.

but, like the Holy One who called you, become holy yourselves in all of your conduct,

Even a young man ¹  is known ²  by his actions, whether his activity is pure and whether it is right. ³ 

Conduct yourselves ¹  with wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the opportunities.

in case I am delayed, to let you know how people ought to conduct themselves ¹  in the household of God, because it is ²  the church of the living God, the support and bulwark of the truth.

Let no one look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in your speech, conduct, love, faithfulness, ¹  and purity.
