He ¹  said, “I tell you the truth, ²  this poor widow has put in more than all of them. ³ 

I tell you the truth, ¹  this generation ²  will not pass away until all these things take place.

Jesus replied, ¹  “Woman, ²  why are you saying this to me? ³  My time ⁴  has not yet come.”

A Samaritan woman ¹  came to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give me some water ²  to drink.”

Jesus replied, ¹  “Everyone who drinks some of this water will be thirsty ²  again.

Jesus stood up straight ¹  and said to her, “Woman, ²  where are they? Did no one condemn you?”

Jesus responded, ¹  “Didn’t I tell you that if you believe, you would see the glory of God?”

Jesus said, ¹  “This voice has not come for my benefit ²  but for yours.

My commandment is this – to love one another just as I have loved you. ¹ 

Jesus said to her, “Mary.” She ¹  turned and said to him in Aramaic, ²  “Rabboni” ³  (which means Teacher). ⁴ 

For Moses writes about the righteousness that is by the law: “The one who does these things will live by them.” ¹ 

Does not nature ¹  itself teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a disgrace for him,

rooted ¹  and built up in him and firm ²  in your ³  faith just as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Such testimony is true. For this reason rebuke them sharply that they may be healthy in the faith

Now this ¹  is the promise that he ²  himself made to ³  us: eternal life. ⁴ 

I ¹  have given her time to repent, but ²  she is not willing to repent of her sexual immorality.

The ¹  blood of the saints and prophets was found in her, ²  along with the blood ³  of all those who had been killed on the earth.”

She was permitted to be dressed in bright, clean, fine linen” ¹  (for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints). ² 

Whenever ¹  you enter a town or village, ²  find out who is worthy there ³  and stay with them ⁴  until you leave.
