At the risk ¹  of our lives ²  we get our food ³  because robbers lurk ⁴  in the countryside. ⁵ 

and the one who lives and believes in me will never die. ¹  Do you believe this?”

who ¹  have risked their lives ²  for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. ³ 

But now it is no longer me doing it, but sin that lives in me.

For none of us lives for himself and none dies for himself.

Therefore, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, ¹  continue to live your lives ²  in him,

For in him all the fullness of deity lives ¹  in bodily form,

Protect that good thing ¹  entrusted to you, through the Holy Spirit who lives within us.

Now in fact all who want to live godly lives in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.

But Ittai replied to the king, “As surely as the Lord lives and as my lord the king lives, wherever my lord the king is, whether dead or alive, ¹  there I ²  will be as well!”
