Recall the miraculous deeds he performed, his mighty acts and the judgments he decreed, ¹ 

Remember ¹  continually his covenantal decree, the promise he made ²  to a thousand generations –

Remember that you have made me as with ¹  the clay; will ²  you return me to dust?

For you ¹  will forget your trouble; ²  you will remember it like water that ³  has flowed away.

Of coral and jasper no mention will be made; the price ¹  of wisdom is more than pearls. ² 

Remember to extol ¹  his work, which people have praised in song.

If you lay your hand on it, you will remember ¹  the fight, and you will never do it again!
