And when they heard that he was alive and had been seen by her, they did not believe.

and all who heard it were astonished ¹  at what the shepherds said.

He ¹  began to teach ²  in their synagogues ³  and was praised ⁴  by all.

You will be hated by everyone because of my name. ¹ 

The brothers in Lystra ¹  and Iconium ²  spoke well ³  of him. ⁴ 

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

The one who is spiritual discerns ¹  all things, yet he himself is understood ²  by no one.

But if someone loves God, he ¹  is known by God. ² 

And do not complain, as some of them did, and were killed by the destroying angel. ¹

This punishment on such an individual by the majority is enough for him,

so that we may not be exploited ¹  by Satan (for we are not ignorant of his schemes).

But he is under guardians ¹  and managers until the date set by his ²  father.

to redeem those who were under the law, so that we may be adopted as sons with full rights. ¹ 

Tell me, you who want to be under the law, do you not understand the law? ¹ 

However, if you continually bite and devour one another, ¹  beware that you are not consumed ²  by one another.

For the things they do ¹  in secret are shameful even to mention.

We know, ¹  brothers and sisters ²  loved by God, that he has chosen you, ³ 

For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.

and he was designated ¹  by God as high priest in the order of Melchizedek. ²
