But even Moses revealed that the dead are raised ¹  in the passage about the bush, ²  where he calls the Lord the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob. ³ 

The Word ¹  was with God in the beginning.

So ¹  they glorified God because of me. ² 

For although they knew God, they did not glorify him as God or give him thanks, but they became futile in their thoughts and their senseless hearts ¹  were darkened.

Through him you now trust ¹  in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.

He ¹  will turn ²  many of the people ³  of Israel to the Lord their God.

So it is with the one who stores up riches for himself, ¹  but is not rich toward God.”

Then ¹  he placed his hands on her, and immediately ²  she straightened up and praised God.

and were continually in the temple courts ¹  blessing ²  God. ³ 

All ¹  the people saw him walking and praising God,

for they heard them speaking in tongues and praising ¹  God. Then Peter said,

saying, “This man is persuading ¹  people to worship God in a way contrary to ²  the law!”

For you have brought these men here who are neither temple robbers ¹  nor blasphemers of our goddess. ² 

You who boast in the law dishonor God by transgressing the law!

there is no one who understands, there is no one who seeks God.

For if Abraham was declared righteous ¹  by the works of the law, he has something to boast about – but not before God.

So I boast ¹  in Christ Jesus about the things that pertain to God.

For you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God with your body.

But if someone loves God, he ¹  is known by God. ²
