for it is written, “You shall be holy, because I am holy.” ¹ 

¹  Greet one another with a holy kiss. All the saints greet you.

So then, the law is holy, and the commandment is holy, righteous, and good.

but, like the Holy One who called you, become holy yourselves in all of your conduct,

And the disciples were filled with joy ¹  and with the Holy Spirit.

But now I go to Jerusalem to minister to the saints.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship ¹  of the Holy Spirit be with you all. ² 

Greet all the brothers and sisters ¹  with a holy kiss.

If the first portion ¹  of the dough offered is holy, then the whole batch is holy, and if the root is holy, so too are the branches. ² 

But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith, by praying in the Holy Spirit, ¹ 

and said to them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” ¹  They replied, ²  “No, we have not even ³  heard that there is a Holy Spirit.”

And tombs were opened, and the bodies of many saints who had died ¹  were raised.

I baptize you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”

because he who is mighty ¹  has done great things for me, and holy is his name;

Then ¹  his father Zechariah was filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesied, ² 

as he spoke through the mouth of his holy prophets from long ago, ¹ 

He has done this ¹  to show mercy ²  to our ancestors, ³  and to remember his holy covenant ⁴  –

We ¹  have come to believe and to know ²  that you are the Holy One of God!” ³ 

And after he said this, he breathed on them and said, ¹  “Receive the Holy Spirit. ² 

until the day he was taken up to heaven, ¹  after he had given orders ²  by ³  the Holy Spirit to the apostles he had chosen.
