When ¹  they received it, they began to complain ²  against the landowner,

So they took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story is told among the Jews to this day. ¹ 

Those who accompanied Paul escorted him as far as Athens, ¹  and after receiving an order for Silas and Timothy to come to him as soon as possible, they left. ²
