Just as Jesus ¹  was getting out of the boat, a man with an unclean spirit ²  came from the tombs and met him. ³ 

Immediately he got into a boat with his disciples and went to the district of Dalmanutha. ¹ 

When the whole crowd saw him, they were amazed and ran ¹  at once and greeted him.

Immediately the father of the boy cried out and said, “I believe; help my unbelief!”

But one of the soldiers pierced ¹  his side with a spear, and blood and water ²  flowed out immediately.

The ¹  seed sown on rocky ground ²  is the person who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy.

But he has no root in himself and does not endure; ¹  when ²  trouble or persecution comes because of the word, immediately he falls away.

If anyone says anything to you, you are to say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ ¹  and he will send them at once.”

And just as Jesus ¹  was coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens ²  splitting apart and the Spirit descending on him like a dove. ³ 

Immediately he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men and followed him.

Now ¹  immediately, when Jesus realized in his spirit that they were contemplating such thoughts, ²  he said to them, “Why are you thinking such things in your hearts? ³ 

And immediately the man ¹  stood up, took his stretcher, and went out in front of them all. They were all amazed and glorified God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this!”

Other seed fell on rocky ground ¹  where it did not have much soil. It sprang up at once because the soil was not deep. ² 

These are the ones sown on rocky ground: As soon as they hear the word, they receive it with joy.

But ¹  they have no root in themselves and do not endure. ²  Then, when trouble or persecution comes because of the word, immediately they fall away.

At once the bleeding stopped, ¹  and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease.

Immediately she hurried back to the king and made her request: ¹  “I want the head of John the Baptist on a platter immediately.”

Immediately Jesus ¹  made his disciples get into the boat and go on ahead to the other side, to Bethsaida, while he dispersed the crowd.

for they all saw him and were terrified. But immediately he spoke to them: ¹  “Have courage! It is I. Do not be afraid.”

Instead, a woman whose young daughter had an unclean spirit ¹  immediately heard about him and came and fell at his feet.
