Proverbs 4:6

Context

4:6 Do not forsake wisdom,¹ and she will protect you;

love her, and she will guard you.

Proverbs 4:8

Context

4:8 Esteem her highly² and she will exalt you;

she will honor you if you embrace her.

¹tn Heb “her”; the 3rd person feminine singular referent is personified “wisdom,” which has been specified in the translation for clarity.

²tn The verb is the Pilpel imperative from סָלַל (salal, “to lift up; to cast up”). So the imperative means “exalt her; esteem her highly; prize her.”

similar	search for verses that contains words that similar in spelling to the search words.	"fish" will search verses that contain words which has similar spelling with fish. The result: "dish",etc
displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
