Romans 1:17

1:17 For the righteousness of God is revealed in the gospel from faith to faith, just as it is written, “The righteous by faith will live.”

Romans 3:20

3:20 For no one is declared righteous before him by the works of the law, for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.

Romans 4:2

4:2 For if Abraham was declared righteous by the works of the law, he has something to boast about – but not before God.

Romans 4:5

4:5 But to the one who does not work, but believes in the one who declares the ungodly righteous, his faith is credited as righteousness.

Romans 5:7

5:7 (For rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person perhaps someone might possibly dare to die.)

Romans 5:9

5:9 Much more then, because we have now been declared righteous by his blood, we will be saved through him from God’s wrath.

Romans 5:18-19

5:18 Consequently, just as condemnation for all people came through one transgression, so too through the one righteous act came righteousness leading to life for all people. 5:19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of one man many will be made righteous.

Romans 8:4

8:4 so that the righteous requirement of the law may be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
