Nehemiah 4:6

4:6 So we rebuilt the wall, and the entire wall was joined together up to half its height. The people were enthusiastic in their work.

Nehemiah 7:4

7:4 Now the city was spread out and large, and there were not a lot of people in it. At that time houses had not been rebuilt.
