4:6 Raise a signal flag that tells people to go to Zion.

Run for safety! Do not delay!

For I am about to bring disaster out of the north.

It will bring great destruction.

Jeremiah 32:18-19

32:18 You show unfailing love to thousands. But you also punish children for the sins of their parents. You are the great and powerful God who is known as the Lord who rules over all. 32:19 You plan great things and you do mighty deeds. You see everything people do. You reward each of them for the way they live and for the things they do.

32:37 ‘I will certainly regather my people from all the countries where I will have exiled them in my anger, fury, and great wrath. I will bring them back to this place and allow them to live here in safety.

The land where you were born will be disgraced.

Indeed, Babylonia will become the least important of all nations.

It will become a dry and barren desert.

51:10 The exiles from Judah will say,

‘The Lord has brought about a great deliverance for us!

Come on, let’s go and proclaim in Zion

what the Lord our God has done!’
