Jeremiah 10:3

10:3 For the religion of these people is worthless.

They cut down a tree in the forest,

and a craftsman makes it into an idol with his tools.

Jeremiah 22:19

22:19 He will be left unburied just like a dead donkey.

His body will be dragged off and thrown outside the gates of Jerusalem.’”

Jeremiah 23:6

23:6 Under his rule Judah will enjoy safety

and Israel will live in security.

This is the name he will go by:

‘The Lord has provided us with justice.’

Jeremiah 23:34

23:34 I will punish any prophet, priest, or other person who says “The Lord’s message is burdensome.” I will punish both that person and his whole family.’”

Jeremiah 25:4

25:4 Over and over again the Lord has sent his servants the prophets to you. But you have not listened or paid attention.

25:14 For many nations and great kings will make slaves of the king of Babylon and his nation too. I will repay them for all they have done!’”

25:17 So I took the cup from the Lord’s hand. I made all the nations to whom he sent me drink the wine of his wrath.

30:24 The anger of the Lord will not turn back

until he has fully carried out his intended purposes.

In days to come you will come to understand this.

31:30 Rather, each person will die for his own sins. The teeth of the person who eats the sour grapes will themselves grow numb.

33:16 Under his rule Judah will enjoy safety and Jerusalem will live in security. At that time Jerusalem will be called “The Lord has provided us with justice.”

52:8 But the Babylonian army chased after the king. They caught up with Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho, and his entire army deserted him.

Jeremiah 52:34

52:34 He was given daily provisions by the king of Babylon for the rest of his life until the day he died.
